UNFAIR MEANS NZL IMMIGRATION
The recent changes to the Job Search Visa in particular will deprive
many of the hard earned money one had invested in immigrating to New
Zealand. Will the restrospective nature of the law, many applicants
have just had their money,time,resources etc etc just gone down the
drain. This is very unfair by the New Zealand Immigration Authorities.
I guess a better option would have been to at least refund the
procesing fee (NZ $1100) to the applicants.
