Terminate an agent
Hello All,
My agent is just not helping me in anyway. I need to terminate my agent. How do I go ahead? There are two forms - 956, 956A. Which one should I use out of these?
Is it necessary that the form 956/956A be signed by the agent also as a proof of termination? The agent will definitely not sign it.
I know along with this form 1193 also is to be sent. It is easy.
But I am confused between 956/956A
. Which one to use out of these two?
Please help.
