student visa possibility?

student visa possibility?
Quick question
My partner and I are both just hit 40, 2 kids, 15 & 8
Fancy a move to OZ.
I am in IT, 1st line (IT) Cisco support guy, no qualification at all.
My missus is in admin
Looking at visa options, I'm guesing the only route to PR is via a student visa?
We have pretty much no mortgage so culd raise maybe £100k....
What should I do if I look at student visa? retrain to another job? I am pretty bored of IT so a retrain would be nice too, any suggestions?
