spouse visa restrictions
hi,
my name is jos.PR in australia.my wife has Masters in biotechnology n she finished her course in 2007 n has no work experience.we have applied for off shore spouse visa in january2008.
her visa has been delayed n the feedback what we got was there are 'course restrictions' n thats the reason for the delay.
can i get info regarding this.
#how long will it take for this process.
#has anyone had this problem b4 when they applied for spouse visa?
#is there any way that we can get more info from immigration office?
#are we allowed to check the status of our visa by calling canberra office?

The reason you give doesn't make sense.
Why did she apply offshore? Is she still legal in Australia? And why did she not look towards a skilled visa?
