Note that many are temporary visas, so if you are looking for a permanent move you are better looking at independent visas.

Can you tell us more about what exactly you are looking at? The term sponsored is very broad and includes employer sponsored, state sponsored, family sponsored, partner / spouse visas, parent visas.
