Sponsor visa
Hi Everyone
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice, please?
I would love to live and work in Oz, but after looking at the Skilled Visa, I just don't have enough points to get in. My job is not on the skilled list - office worker.
I'm a single 37 year old with no dependents. I was hoping that the way forward would be through the sponsorship visa. I have relatives living in Oz. An Uncle in Metro Perth area and a brother in Metro Brisbane. Although for my brother to sponsor me I would have to wait for his PR to come through.
Unfortunately, as they both live in the metro area, again I don't seem to have enough points. Is this correct that they can't sponsor me because of the area they live in? Or are there any other alternatives that I could research.
