SKILLS ASSESSMENT
As a newly qualified teacher (NQT) we (my boyfriend and I) will be applying for our PR visa in September. Firstly I have submitted my skills assessment to teaching Australia. I have now been told that my boyfriend (he is not a teacher) should also submit a skills assessment in order to gain us an additional 5 points. Does this make sense? Who is supposed to assess his skills? Any help much appreciated.

Re: SKILLS ASSESSMENT
He sells data and consults on how best to use it. He has a degree and I was told by an agent that this alone would give him an extra 5 points but having just looked at the immi website I reckon he needs to satisfy other criteria too - such as age, work experience etc.
