Question Skills Assesment for part-qualified ACCA?

My other half has just sat her ACCA final 3 exams and is worried (well, pretty certain) that she will have to resit one of them in December.

Has anyone taken the step or heard of anyone else applying for a 136 visa and doing a skills assessment while only part qualified (with 7 yrs experience, 5 in practice) or without having passed all of the ACCA exams?

Or are we going to have to wait until she passes the resit (adding another 8 months before we can apply)?

Any advice would be appreciated. We want to start the ball rolling so if they'll appraise her achievements favourably 'as is' then we don't have to wait around.

Thanks.

Part qualified doesn't count for anything. However, does she have a degree? - including the BSc in accounting through the joint Oxford Brookes/ACCA program?
