Default Why not 8503 on working holiday visas?

Can some of the experts tell me why there is no 8503
condition imposed on (one year) working holiday visas?

Condition 8503 can be imposed on a working holiday visa.

There is now provision for working holiday makers to apply for a further
visa. 8503 wouldn't make sense in light of this policy.

Workingholiday makers have been able to make further onshore applications for some time, eg for a spouse visa or work permit (457 visa).

Condition 8503 remains a discretionary condition that can be placed on any working holiday visa if DIMA so decide.
