SIR 136 or SIR 495
does any one know the difference??
is it that for a 495 you have to get state sponsorship and for 136 you don't??
do you have the same must work for 12 months before able to apply for permanent residence clause in them both?
anybody...??

A 136 visa offers permanent residence from as soon as you arrive in Australia.
With respect, if you are still confused after reading the DIMA website, then get some good professional advice. The rest of your life is too important to miss out on an opportunity due to confusion.
