Default Q5 on TRA form

Hello, I am confused about the requirements for the TRA application
form. Could someone please clarify for me if you have to include
references and or verification for ALL employment no matter if it is
related or not to your trade to be assessed ? Is this also the case
for the Visa and Dimia? and also, periods of unemployment, have they
a negative impact on the assessment ? thankyou for your help.
this is a real minefield!
regards Martin.

Hi Martin,

Firstly whatever you send to TRA you will also need to send again with your main visa application so get 2 certified copies of everything.
You don't need references for all unrelated employment but you do need to account for your entire employment history so include information regarding periods of unemployment on your affidavit (does not have a negative impact). With TRA the more imformation you provide the better so if you can provide proof of any employment better to show it.
Best of luck, CK

Hi Martin

We entered all the information in the employment bit but only got references for the relevant employment.

Wish we had known that we had to do it all again for other Visa as we didnt take extra copies of the references so hubby has to ask his employer to sign another copy!

Good luck, and dont worry about asking loads of questions - we were in the same boat a couple of weeks ago!
