Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with timeframes on Parents Visa.

My parents were assigned CO 8/1/15 requesting AOS & Police Cert & Current passport copies.
These were sent 27/1/15 & we're still waiting to hear - how long do you think it'll take? any experience guys?
We frontloaded all our docs so never heard from CO just straight to Visa grant.

No they are right at the pointy end application was lodged May 2013 & CO was sent all documents 27th Jan 2015 - seeing some applicants who fronted loaded docs receiving request for 2nd payment within 3-5 days of being assigned CO.
But we're now 3.5 weeks from when they received all docs from us.

Getting worried now :-(

I would try not to worry as long as the funds are available for the second charge. Every case is different so someone else's timeline is not always a good standard. Hopefully not too much longer now though

Thanks - I'm due with baby no 2 in just over 5 weeks - Mums booked her flight & will just stay on visitors visa if not received but really don't want her to be worrying about visa & leaving Dad to arrange everything.
She'll just head to NZ for a few days if this is what has to happen.
The waiting is driving us insane - Glad we frontloaded & knew nothing otherthan the expected wait times.
