Could someone tell me about the best suburbs to live in Sydney


My factors are:
1. Good schools around ( primary to start off)
2. Safe for families
3. Good transport connection to city
4. Rent of townhouse ( 2-3 bedroom) not exceeding 320-330/pw

There is a big thread on Sydney in the Australia Lifestyle forum, last post should be within the last 24 hours or so. Maybe get some ideas of areas and then look on the internet for prices in those areas. Other things to consider do you want to be near the beach, near the city, do you mind driving to work/the station, or using a bus.
