We applied for a 175 visa online on the 26th of august, we filled in the application form paid the money got a TRN number then there was a system error so that we couldn't upload any documents we tried again several times that day but we couldn't get back onto our application, so we phoned DIAC and was told our application had got "stuck" in the system and that they were either going to "push" it through or redo it manually but still nearly 4 weeks later and endless emails and phone calls we are still stuck and no one is getting back to us on what we can do.
If anyone has had the same experience or knows what to do in cases like this please help as we are now getting very stressed about it as my husband is 45 next birthday so we havn't much time.

Hi Sue,

This happened to some of our clients recently and you should be receiving an email to confirm the situation and advise that it has been resolved but if they've taken your money then you've got a valid application I would think. In the cases that we've encountered it took them more than 4 weeks to sort out their issues.

Am i being impatient then it's the not knowing that is so frustrating! Do you think that our application will be dated from the 26th august then or will it be when we finally get the confirmation letter
