Please Help!! Form 1022 or 1023 ?
Hi
In my application, I have added my parents as 'NON MIGRATING DEPENDANTS' without knowing that Medicals has to be done for 'NON MIGRATING DEPENDANTS'. Due to this, our Medicals is still outstanding in the ON LINE PROGRESS CHECK.
Now I have been suggested to fill form 1022 (for reversing the incorrect information submitted).
The question is 'Can I fill form 1023 (Change of circumstances) ?' saying that my sister will take care and they are no more dependents of mine. This is also a fact.
So Form 1022 or Form 1023 ?
Thanks in advance.

I think you're very confused - even with respect to the numbers of the forms you mention - and whatever you now do needs to be thought through carefully with respect to future migration movements in your family; I would also suggest that you go back to whatever source you used initially and check the definition of "dependant".
Cheers,
