Australia Experience

Hi,

I arrived in Australia on October 07 on Business Visa (Class 456) and my Visa was changed to Work Permit (Class 457) in January 08.

Now if I apply for a PR in October 08, can I consider the Australia 1 Year experience to gain 10 points.

Please advise.

I guess you will have to wait till January 09 before you can apply for a PR. Your activities during your stay on the 456 visa may not be counted as Australian work experience.
