Hi just a query. I am the first applicant for 136 visa.I got overal 6.5 in IELTS. But my question is about my husband as second applicant . He got 4 in listening, 5.5 in reading, 5 in writing, 6 in speaking with overall 5. I wonder whether he should get average 4.5 regardless of each score or should get above 4.5 in each score? Should he sit again for IELTS or not?

Are you counting on your husband to provide spouse points on your 136 application?

no i don't count. i have 125 points myself.

Functional English = average of 4.5 on the four components of the test.
