Hi all

Over on the September applicants thread here;

..a question has come up regarding DIMA not emailing the PDF grant letter to a Hotmail account. This has come from a poster's agent.

It doesn't seem to make sense...the letter requesting police checks, meds and AoS came through as PDFs to our Hotmail account, as it did for many other people.

Can any of you lucky "Got it!!!" people, or anyone else that knows, shed any light on this?

Hi M & J,

I can put your mind at rest hopefully. We got our visas mid last year and the grant letter as well as all other correspondece was sent to our hotmail addy.

We got our Meds and AoS request which were both PDF's sent to our Hotmail account.

If you've received PDF files to your Hotmail account before it will be totally fine.

Its sounds like that problem was maybe with their agents email filters, or the OP's own ant-virus software.
