Smile Payment for Visa

Hi,

Applied for a skill matching visa in Sept '05 and have been nominated by the state of Victoria.

PCC sent of and went for medicals as requested at the beginning of January.

So far though, I have not been requested to make any payments for my apllication. I know on a skill matching visa you dont pay initially, but I would have thought by now they would be wanting some money from me!!!

Any views

Dear TD1,

The skill matching VAC is requested at the very end of the process, strangely enough. It's also slightly cheaper, since the VAC is A$1885, not the A$1935 most other sods are paying.

Cheers,

George Lombard
