you sure you don't have CAPS lock on ?
And, sometimes if you write your password on a foreign keyboard it won't work. So try to remember which keyboard you used.

Hi,
I dont mean to be blunt but in my opinion the visa application is one of the most important applications you will fill in your entire life and yet you managed to forget the password. No sympathy from me and its crucial that these things are not hurried or written down in haste. I do find it incredible that an adult would do that!!

To the OP- Itried time after time to complete the visa online and everytime it didn't recognise my password so I started againa dn it just kept happening. Eventually I tried using IE rather than Firefox and it worked. Wortha try?

I would just like to say that diac confirmed that the system was having problems regarding passwords and that unfortunatly despite spending thousands of $ on the system they were not able to access or reset it!

Same here issues with password and login at the moment also, will have to email the docs instead - not the end of the world, I would imagine any changes to the status for example allocation of a CO would be emailed?
Can anyone confirm?

DIAC system is very doggy, As soon as I logged my application, It prompted me that I cant access it any more…next time prompted my application is decided…..another time incorrect passwords……
Deriving all the help & support from these forum to sooth my nerves, headache resulting out of it
