Passport renewal question

Passport renewal question
Can anyone help
My 15 year old sons UK passport expires in July - we are going back to the UK in June for a holiday so need to get the PR visa re entered into his new passport which I will be applying for soon
My daughter is sending the renewal forms over from the UK and i will send them back and have the passport posted to her to send back to us what do we do then to get the visa entered before we go back in June ??

That form has NOTHING to do with obtaining a British passport and will only confuse people.

Once you have the new passport, take both new and old to your nearest DIMA office and they can put a fresh visa sticker in the new passport.
