Please tell me how to contact CO,as they say now that we have to fill form now to contact them from their website.
Cant we directly mail them now?
If we send documents attached can we write them to CO in that mail or they consider only attachments?
Which email is required to brief them if we want to tell them something?
Please tell me if anybody knows.

You are supposed to email anything to the address supplied to you. That is why DIMA set up the new email addresses, so people don't communicate directly with their CO and they can focus on the work at hand (granting visas)

Its also designed so that if a CO goes on leave, then all the emails can be easily dealt with by the CO covering their cases - it complies with Australian Govt privacy laws, which state that no-one should allow another empliyee to use their email account.
Generic email accounts are more efficient, and comply with the law.

I was also trying to send an email to my CO about the status of my
application. Posted my message using the new system two weeks ago - no
response so far. CO's direct email bounces back.
