Post Partner Migration - subclass 820

Hi all,

It's been a while since I was on here so back looking at basic details pls.

I am looking at applying for a Partner migration visa (Defacto, on shore) but after having a quick look at the beupdate page I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Can anyone give me a rough idea on timescales it's currently taking to process onshore partner migration visas (subclass 820)?

Many Thanks
Martyn

Sorry folks,

To add to that is it easy enough to complete without a migration agent, on looking at the forms it seems pretty much straight forwards

Cheers

Not sure of current onshore timelines - there is a thread called Spouse Visa Circle though, bound to be some recent experiences in there.

As for going ahead without and agents, yes, Spouse visas are pretty straightforward usually, so unless you have medical/character issues or something else like that, go for it alone - any questions you have can probably be answered on here
