Re: paperbased applications thread
thanks for all the congrats, it really is a great feeling, especially after such a long wait :D We didn't know we had a CO as we frontloaded everything but we did hear from our agent that our case was awaiting allocation to the DM - that was mid June, so it's been a long wait to finally get it!! just so relieved and happy :thumbsup:

Jacky xx Thanks for the congrats, hopefully you guys will hear soon too  We are still waiting for our house to sell but we need to validate by december so we will prob just fly out to validate anyway. Re: paperbased applications thread
Hi Sinead, we still have our house to sell as well thats why we left doing our meds until they were requested. We thought that it would at least give us that little bit longer before we needed to validate. With there being 7 of us it is not going to be cheap for us to have a validation trip:eek::eek:
Will keep you updated on when we hear anything :) Jacky xx |
Re: paperbased applications thread
Hi All
We got our visa today Good luck to all those still waiting |
Re: paperbased applications thread
I'll soon be a paper based applicant too! Must say its about time they added RSMS's to the online list. Would much rather scan and upload stuff than mess about with all that certified by a posh person thingy!
Sending much speedy karma to all them CO's who have got your apps sitting in their pending trays on their desks. |

Hi, when did you apply?
Congrats by the way!!! We applied for a 138 subclass skilled Australian family sponsored (OH printer) in july 2007 got full ack in nov 07 case office in dec 07 med requested jan 08 but son broke leg and there was a four month delay on our part before he could have his medical med done jun 08 new police checks required july 08 as two weeks out of date visa granted aug 08. Looking at flights for a validation trip in nov for 3 wks hopefully will be booked by tomorrow. Not going for two years so hoping to get a trip now in november and one next summer and even another if we can squeeze one in but that may be pushing it. We can relax now we have the visa and do everything in our time as our son wishes to do gcse's here first and then go. Regards Michelle |
