once we get CO
Hi, we applied for our 136 visa in August 2007, had full ack in February and our medicals arrived in Sydney on 10 March 08. Our agent has asked for new references to be done to cover the 3 years before the application was lodged. Does anyone know if the CO will ask for any other documents (when we eventually get one), so that we can get organised.

Hi Hazel and Andy,
Did you know there is a thread especially for those who applied in August 2007. Take a look at it. Very good.
Other than meds and police checks, we were asked to provide more Evidence of Employment (payslips and P60s)

Didn't have to do form 80. I thought they only came in from September?, agent has never asked for it or sent it to us to complete.

We did - and we applied in August. Maybe its not needed yet
- but we definitely had it on our document checklist before we sent off the paper application.

Just checked agents emails and confirmed we don't need to do, must have asked them about it last year (might have been OH who asked). Your going on a different visa to us so maybe thats why you had to do it?

Our app went in around 21st Aug and i asked our agent if we needed form 80 because it was just introduced around then. He said we dont need it.

We included ours too late august. They've been out for ages.......our first app went in april 07 and had them done then as well!!

Getting more confused now. I have just looked at form 80 and it does look familliar. So maybe we did do it. Did it change in August? i don't remember trying to remember every trip abroad we had.

I've no idea, but it's the only form that asks you to list every trip abroad and your employment history from leaving school.
