Offshore ENS app. on Bridging Visa A

Hi,

Is it possible to make on offshore ENS application while holding a
Bridging Visa A, having applied for SIR with DIMIA?

Depends on circumstances. Get professional advice.
You'd also need to discuss with your adviser how you managed to get a BVA from a SIR application and how these circumstances might impact eligibility for ENS.
