Default NZ migration peaks

Judging by the latest statistics from http://www.stats.govt.nz/domino/exte...d?OpenDocument , the incremental passmark changes which went quickly from 24 points Dec 2001 to 30 points October 2002 have finally worked through into lower MAT (moving annual total) immigration numbers for NZ. I assume there is a fair degree of 'lag' factor and in the coming months we'll see the MAT decline quite rapidly. Add to that the recent policy changes, and you'll see the graph (below) dip very quickly in about 3-4 months.

OK I see I can't add the graph but it shows on the link I posted.
