Noosa
If ever that magical PR letter drops through our letter box, we are hoping to relocate to the Noosa area in Queensland. We are looking into the feasibility of buying an investment apartment (hopefully close to the riverfront) to rent out to give us some income and capital appreciation. We plan to live in a house nearby.
Does anyone on this board have any first hand knowledge of this area? Are there any pitfalls that we should be aware of.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
Lorrie

Re: Noosa
G'Day Lorrimer,
Noosa's a very nice place. Much better than the 'Gold Coast', and much cheaper - but
this won't last as it's under rapid development.
Good swimming, good fishing. People are OK (for city people)
Enjoy
