Default Non MODL and CSL

Hello all, I would like to know what happens to the other applicants who are not on the MODL and the recently announced CSL list. After the recent announcement by the ministry will the already delayed applications will be further delayed? I launched my paper based 175 in July08, so when can I expect my CO.

Hi Kuberan,

Unless your file already has a case officer (often hard to know if you do but any request letter from the Department is a dead giveaway) then not being on the CSL may involve a longish wait.

Cheers,

No-one can tell you the exact timeline for a visa, not even George - he's pretty good, but I'm not sure he's quite THAT good.
