-Got Successful skills assessment from NIA Australia for Accountant 2211-11 on 27/10/2009.
-Appeared in IELTS on 21/11/2009 and got 6.5 bands overall with S-6.5, W-7, L-6.5, R-6.
Age 39 years
Experience: Working As Manager Credits in a bank for last 06 years.
Haven't applied yet and wondering if i still eligible to apply for Australia Immigration as Skilled Worker after the recent changes?

I was referring to people whose British nationality was received through parentage and who didn't necessarily spend all their time growing up in the UK, hence they may not speak the language as fluently.
I don't know what kind of answer you were expecting to hear but I hope you had fun reading it anyway...

I hold Canadian passport and the same goes for me. I don't have concerns with my enlish, but I know people that hardly speak... not to mention writing skills...
