I already studied in Australia 2 years Masters in SAP/IT. And just now I got ACS positive assessment of 261312 - Developer Programmer on 10th Jan, 2014.

I am still waiting for my ielts result to come this month end.

And, I am also waiting for Australian Police check to come (Its processing late due to some police case issue).


My questions are :

Can I apply for EOI - 489 Family sponsor visa with ACS and Ielts result and with police check receipt?

Do I also need to apply for 485 Temporary Residence as my visa getting expired?

Whats the approx time duration for EOI accept and invitation for 489 Family sponsor visa under my skills 261312 - Developer Programmer.. ( As I can see in immi.gov website Ceiling for 261312 is still filled 3100 out of 4800 for this year. )

Whats the latest waiting time for EOI to come and waiting time for 489 visa to grant approx?

Need urgent reply as visa expiring in this March.

To submit an EOI you need skills assessment and proof of English ability. Occupation group 2613 is on ration invitations, and there are a number waiting for an invite from last year so you may not get an invite for a 489 visa this year. If you qualify for a 485 visa this may be a better option.

Also want to know more about new rules of ACS which is implementing on 15th January.

As I already got my acs result on 10th January. Do I still required to satisfy new conditions of either 1 year relevant experience or 1 year professional year course to apply for 489 or 189?

Also,

I m still waiting for my ielts result n police check, can I apply for 485 visa now? What documents required to apply for 485 visa??
