MRT and IETLS
Hi,
My brother's application for 176 (Skilled -Sponsored) is refused because of his IELTS score does not meet the requirement of competent English (6 each). Is there any point going into an appeal with MRT and submitting additional document i.e. recently scored IELTS with 6 each (as required).
Thanks,
BM

I don't believe so as the requirement was for English ability to be proved at time of application.
