Can anyone provide me the details of a good migration that they have used in the uk derby or Nottingham area please?

I don't know any in that area, but any particular reason they should be? Most people deal with their agent over the phone or by email, using an Australian based agent would even save you VAT.

A migration agent in Oz would charge GST. Signed Paperwork would have to be posted out there as you would be applying offshore. Is there sucha big cost difference between oz and uk? Thoughts please?

No gst if resident in uk. Postage minimal if original signature is required as only need to send that page can e mail the rest. Some agents have offices in uk and oz. Go for a good agent with good reputation where they are doesn't really matter.
