Hi all,
just would like to pick everyones brains on what our status could mean, i have uploaded it below from Diac site. if any one can shed on light on our results it would put my mind at rest, are they finalised or not, any suggests would be gratefully received.

person 1 has finalised and referred ? (i am a nurse, would this because i had extra blood tests) i know all my results are clear because i had them tested at my occupational health a month prior to goin for medicals !

person 2,3 & 4 all say finalised and received ? (these 3 are all classed as my dependants)

person 5 says outstanding and referred ? (this is the only one that i can understand as my partner had heamaturiea and required a lab specimen of urine, which although high came back within the normal limits.

I had a similar situation. My wife had a Grade B medical and needed to be refered to a MOC which meant waiting longer. I think it is common that even after review by a MOC, the website does not get updated. You can mail HOC to get a status which should advise the app dates MOCs are currently reviewing. Once that date has passed you can call HOC to check the status (more reliable than the website).

First of all congrats on your visa :-)

A quick assistance -

Even for me and my wife we got the message "Further medical results referred" today ( our medicals had reached HOC Sydney on Sep 28 ) and fo our kid it says "Finalized".

I see that you were in similar situation ? Is this something we should be concerned about as we both, by god's grace, do not have any med issues. or is it just a normal routine ?

Just curious, since finally you got your visa, how long it took for this Further medical results referred" to be "Finalized".

hi there aussies,

MOC are working quite quickly, and our meds turned to finalised within a few days and the visa was then granted, its so difficult to panic at this point cause you are so close. its quite normal to have medicals refered to a doc to check out properly, and it dont take long, you can always phone HOC and find out an estimated day of finalisation. 00 61 286 665 777
