One of the (relatively few) agents who specialises in medical criteria is Peter Bollard in Sydney:

An online forum cannot really assist with complex medical issues.

Hi Dawn

The problem with benign MS is it is not the most common form of MS and there is no guarantee it will not develop into the more progressive type - and thus cost a lot of money. If you do a search on the MRT site you will find a number of cases refused for MS but the occasional one that is allowed.

If your friend were to proceed, it would be a long and difficult road with no guarantee of success. MS is also a condition that does not improve with sunshine - a hotter climate can bring on an attack.

It may be a situation where your friend needs a support network around them and migration not the best option. Stress is also not good for the condition and this process is not without a lot of that!

Hope this helps - answer not an outright no but lots of problems in the way

Scotty

And some of the cases that were 'allowed' may have involved a spouse visa where there is a health waiver available.
