Hi, I have just received my medicals back from the docs and was wondering, if there was anything wrong with me, would they have told me with an accompying letter or somthing. also, they sent me my x-ray along with the radiologist report. do i send the x-ray with my front loaded app, or do i just keep it? thanks

For my De-Facto front loaded application I just sent in the report (the sealed envelope) and have kept the x-rays at home.
