Dear Folks,

2 questions:

(1)I went for migration medical exam to apply for Student Visa. Now, I'd like to
apply for PR instead. Can I use the medical report (still safe and sealed) for PR
application? I am quite sure there is a column indicating the purpose of visa
application.

(2) I have been to Australia ages ago for holiday visits. In the application form, we
are to state the date we last visit Australia and visa number. What if I could
not obtain this info?
