Maybe it is worth complaining after all.
Well I noticed in the Nov/Dec/Jan thread people still waiting for visa's, and a few had complained, so I thought sod it I would aswell,
AND GUESS WHAT
Dear Mr Ross, Thank you for your email which has been referred to me for follow-up andreply. Your application was allocated to a case officer last week however there isoften a 2-3 week delay between allocation to a case officer and assessment. Once a case officer has assessed your application they will contact you ifthey require any further information.

Applied 26th Feb and used an agent who applied online, my argument was that why are they issuing visa upto June, and is there any reason why mine hasn't been dealt with yet? as they should be dealt with in order of date they are received.

Because all applications are different, each on has different things on it that need checking and further processing. Some visas are issued in only a few days, some can take over a year. Its not an exact science.

Exactly. In the Feb 2006 thread there was another poster who applied the same day we did. We got our visa in 5 months and hers took 19 months. Both were skilled visas, 136 for us and 138 (state sponsored) for her. Both MODL, both low risk countries. It's just dependent on what needs to be checked.
