May 2009 Visa Applicants

Two visa grants today, One is of March 09 applicant and other is of April 09 Applicant.

This implies that the long pending visa's are now being granted. This gives me some hope that we "MAY" get a grant soon

But i am still confused, why we have soo much expectations from MARCH ? our 12 months are going to complete in MAY, so why not MAY ?
