You do everything except for the Meds and PCC's now...attach all documents now, like your skills assessment, degree certificates, IELTS results (if applicable), passport page etc Hope this helps!

ANSWERED ABOVE, BE PATIENT, some of us don't sit on here 24/7, WE DO HAVE JOBS/LIVES! (despite what some think!)

When I applied online, the document list specifies the basic stuff like passport biodata, work experience, language skills, skill assessment and medical but no Personal Particulars for Character Assessment. I am wondering if DIAC list what is needed on invidual document list based on their country, if it's HR or LR, or maybe based on the occupation. I am not quite sure.

After you submit an online application, the first acknowledgement email is automatically generated and contains the 'List of documents (to be sent)' on the basis of your form entries. The rule of thumb is you should not miss anything from that 'List of documents' and should also send any additional supporting documents. The character certificate/medical etc. is generally not required until specifically asked by the 'case officer'.

So, if the email asked you to go for medical examination, then you must do it now. For 'character certificate' u should wait until asked intuitively by case officer (as also mentioned in the above given links to department's site)
