but there are cases where it may not be a replied.
happens sometimes when CO is busy.
And as per ur query..
I dont think its the right think to ask them as to why CO is not allocated yet.
I know there are cases when CO are allocated within 45 days
but dont follow other timelines.. DIAC websites says that
the CSL case is solved in 9-12 months..so no point bothering them within a month..
rather than asking them .. we can always remind them if necessary...
like I wrote one last week..not asking abt CO allocation
but simply wrote that I heard that DIAC IT structure is going upgrade and I dont want my application to be lost in the upgrade or pushed back.
So its a reminder that TRN no. #### is on CSL.
that would make sure that your application is given priority as other CSL application in current timeline.
no replied requied.

Hello Rajan and Gemnic,
Sorry to say but I have not actually asked DIAC why am I not assigned a CO inspite of being on CSL.
Actually I have applied through an agent and he has asked in soft and gentle words that whether my application is considered as CSL or not?
Hope this clears it...
Thanks and regards

thats should be ok
anything that informs them that ur a CSL applicant
and they will make sure u get the right priority
rather than being direct.

Yes I have submitted PCC at Putrajaya. I have also scanned and sent the receipt to CO without any transalation. She has accepted it without any comments. I guess they don't really care much about the receipts. I REALLY hope to get my PCCs fast.. Planning to fly in August.

I think you can make it in August regarding to 176 applicant. Please do let me know when you receive Malaysia PCC. I think I have submitted it almost the same time as you, so, I can check if I receive it as well. All the best.

Re: March 2010 Visa Applicants
My co also belongs to Team7 and my all documents are in received status.
I raised only 2 PLE at the time of application ( on 11 March 2010) , just to inform that I am a CSL candidate and to enquire about my community language points. After that I communicated directly with CO and I found her quick , She replied to me within 1 hour for every query I sent.
My Timeline mentioned in signature.
Best of luck for your application
Regards

Just to update.
I received following information from a reputed migration site alerts.
The latest federal budget announcements indicate continued strong government support for the skilled migration program with an increase of 5750 program places announced for 2010-2011. This will bring the number of skilled migration places to 113850 and the total program to 168700.
According to the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Senator Chris Evans, 'Foreign skilled labour is an important driver of economic growth and contributes to increased productivity and labour force levels.
