Hello friends (some old/some new)

I've finally lodged my application and can officially join your party. Now I need a drink... the nerves are jangling; the heart is racing. And probably only a year to wait :D.

Welcome aboard!!! I think that is a fitting description of the feeling lodging an app gives one!

Vslamba,

Actually I'm the wife so it would be my husband's family I was trying to add.

Anyway, I went back in and checked the drop down options and there wasn't anything for in-law so I just left them off the visa. Is that what you did?

I'm thinking if they want the information - I can certainly send it to them.

Yeah Thats what I did.
What you did with FORM 1121 (I think), which you need to send within 28 days. Did you send it by courier? or just printed filled it and scanned it and the upload it .

I hope it is not required to send it by courier

Thanks
Viser

Hi all,

I am board this ship as well.

Accountant (2211-11, MODL & CSL) 175 visa

Uploaded my application last night. Got a bad fright when it started saying that there was 5 applicicants on my visa (family members) when I onlyy applied for myself.

My timeline

ICAA Skills Assessed - 13 April 2008

IELTS 8.5 avg - 17 Jan 2009

Lodged application 12/13 March 2009 (depends on which hemisphere you are in )

I uploaded payslips as "Evidence of work experience").

I send DIAC a note today to tell them I am on the CSL.

I am from Ireland - gotta have this done before St Patrick's weekend

Vslamba,

My document checklist doesn't have form 1221 requested - so I guess that means I don't have to submit? Where does it tell you to complete and send one in?

Re: March 2009 Applicants

I've been doing to some more reading on the BE forum and I'm going to complete forms 1221 and 80 then scan and upload into my documents. I have document room so I might as well provide as much information up front as possible.

I will then be booking our medicals and have our clearances completed in the next month. I want everything included before the end of April - so if the CO's are assigned as they anticipate (end of May) then maybe we'll be putting our house on the market sooner....
