Default Luxury (Working) Holiday Rental in South-West Sydney

Hello,

I might have a rental property available by the end of this year
(2004) for arriving migrants, depending on my own circumstances and
whether there's any interest in it. Please e-mail me at
[email protected] for more information or visit
http://www.wsconsulting.com.au/holidayrental.htm. Photographs will be
uploaded soon.

Okay, I'm open to suggestions. What would be a better price, given the
fact that it is fully furnished with not your ordinary household goods
(such as the waterbed and the soft tub)? Mind you, it's supposed to be
a holiday rental; not a normal rental property. And where can you get
a room for less than $150 these days?
