Re: JUNE 2008 Applicants
Hi guys,
I am very frustrated with AFP. The first application went missing completely. The second application was received by them. There were 2 applications put in the same envelop. My PC was received last week but my wife's has not been received so far.
-Sigh-

At last , I got my CO ..
My visa page shows : Application being processed further !!
and some of the documents in my checklist shows met while some others are requested .. For sure it is a CO
Now I am waiting an e-mail from him/her to ask for the documents showing requested .. Although a bit worried , but glad that things are moving

Re: JUNE 2008 Applicants
This waiting is driving me insane! We applied for a 175 visa via an agent, so we've received all updates directly from them. I'm fed up with frantically checking emails for an update (we leave in 2 months so the pressure's on!). How/where can I check the status myself rather than going through the agent? My OH is an accountant, so I think that puts us on the MODL list, and not CSL?? And if we're applying with British passports I guess we're LR not HR?? Are am I talking absolute B*llocks!

Please check if you are on CSL? If not, and you are just on MODL then DIAC are not issuing any more 175's this financial year (end June). So sorry if I am the bearer of bad news, hope I'm wrong.
Did your agent apply online? If so then you can check on-line with your TRN number, date of birth and passport number. (See DIAC site).
Lots of luck!
