Hi all,

Can anyone tell me whether job verification starts after PCC & Medicals or if the departments asks for PCC & Medicals then it means they are not going to verify the jobs?

Employment verification can be done at any time during the processing of your application. It's not always as blatant as AHC introducing themselves, either. I have seen and heard of cases where AHC employees present themselves as clients to actually see the applicant doing his/her job.

It can be done during the process or after all docs met as well. Even it may not happen for MNCs etc.

In my case since there is no AHC in Zambia they called from SouthAfrica high commission
