Job Changing
#1
I currently Work in IT and will be applying shortly to the ACS etc
But
I am looking to have a career change with the next 3 months while my application is going through, so I can see more of another part of my family in Scotland.
So for 9 Months ( of the 12 Months it takes to process) I will be following another career will this cause major problem with my application
Cheers

A few points:
1. You need to show recent work experience and specific work experience (optional) to ASPC which counts up to the date your application is lodged with ASPC. What happens to your career/job after you lodge your application with ASPC is of no concern to them.
2. Recent work experience can be claimed for any occupation on the SOL, not just your own nominated occupation. You'll need to document your claims as per Page 37 of the Skilled Migration Booklet (March 2003 version).
