IEAust Important Annoucement - Question

I have already done the IELTS and I have the originals results in hands, but there's an annoucement at IEAust website which states that the results must be sent directly from the test centers..... Do I have to ask the test center to send an original or can I send it by myself?

Any help is appreciated!!!
