How long for Vetassess to show as 'received'?

How long for Vetassess to show as 'received'?
Hi,
Can anyone answer this question please? We sent off the documents over a week ago and had them courier delivered/tracked. The documents arrived on the 26th Jan 09 but so far still no acknowlegment. Getting a little worried now
, can anyone share their time line from application submitted to documents acknowledged?

If I remeber correctly you dont get any acknowledegemnt but only the outcome within 4-6 weeks.

mine was sent through my agent. The first I knew that it had been recieved was when my agent emailed a copy of the receipt that Vetasses sent them saying my card has been debited.

Thanks guys,
We've sent an international cheque so doubt we'll hear till a decision has been made on the paper part then! At least we can rest and stop worrying for a few weeks.
