Default How to get TRA Refund - It was online transaction

Hi All,

Please help me. I made payment to TRA AUD$300 through online, I must have made transaction to ACS and not TRA. I made the transaction using my Mastercard -Credit card. I mailed to TRA regarding this, they suggest to check with banker for stopping this. When i approach Bank they point out to TRA. They bounce me to others.....I am really sick of it. Please please help me

Thank you,
Sudhakar H

If you paid the money to ACS then it is ACS that will need to give you the refund, not TRA. You will need to contact ACS.

Sorry I don't really understand your post. Did you pay money to TRA or ACS - how is it possible to mix them up?

Your bank is right anyway, they cannot stop credit card payments, a credit card payment is like cash. If you need a refund then you need to contact whomever received your money and see if they will agree.

Dear Sudhakar,

I think you mean that you intended to pay ACS but paid TRA instead. TRA will need to arrange a refund. Contact TRA using the details here: http://www.deewr.gov.au/Skills/Progr...ContactUs.aspx

Cheers,

George Lombard
