Alright,
I actually planned to apply for the Skilled Independent Visa 175. But thanks to the lovely IELTS where I`m always half a point too short (I need 7 points in each section), I am forced to change my plans. In the end of February I am going to be to short on the "12 months work experience rule". By the way I don`t even got my skills assessment, yet.
My next option would be to apply for an Employer Sponsored Visa which I reckon is the 476 or a similiar number. In case I get an employer (as a german male nurse) and go to Australia, could I apply for a Skilled Independent Onshore Visum straight after I arrived in Australia (always provided that I fullfill the necessary requirements). The reason why I ask is that the list of the requirements for the last mentioned visa doesn`t say anything about "recent work experience". Here is the evidence: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...table-grad.htm .
Or do I have to work for the sponsoring employer for the full period of time of 2 years (as it is an requirement of the 476).
Sorry for the long text. But I would be grateful for any help.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Banzai
To begin with your english looks very good to me and I can not imagine that it could be possible for you to get less than 7 points in any of the bands .... Did this happen in the "comprehension" or "listening test"? Well it is probably just stress at the time of the test and you were trying to be too perfect and lost time ..... so .... same goes for your visa enquiry.
To begin with, the link that you refer which gives evidence etc ..... is for the wrong visa
Please do not worry, take it easy and read the page on DIAC which gives advice especially for Nurses
http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/medical-practitioners/
You will find a lot of positive options on these pages.
In relation to your question, when a sponsored person can apply for an independent permanent residency application --- the system is fair in Australia, and any time after you arrive WHEN you are eligible you can apply for your next visa .... BUT ... you will need IELTS!!
Good Luck
Before their profession can be recognised in Australia, most health
professionals (e.g. nurses, pharmacists physiotherapist, dentists, doctors and
radiographers) are generally required to pass the Occupational English Test
(OET) or the IELTS academic module (not just the general module).
